Dug out of the rock, the dining room of our hotel with restaurant in Les Baux-de-Provence is atypical and unusual. You will be able to see shell fossils on the rock, memories of a distant past.

The large stone fireplace, on which the Baux de Provence coat of arms sits, will create a warm atmosphere during the cooler periods.

Our restaurant is accessible to people with reduced mobility. We have ramps allowing wheelchair access, as well as handrails along our stairs.
