Terms and conditions of reservation:

Reservations are confirmed with a credit card number and expiry date. Should any number prove not to be valid, the reservation will be cancelled. We accept Visa, Eurocard and MasterCard.

Terms and conditions of cancellation:

Cancellation more than 10 days before the date of arrival: no penalty.

Cancellation between 10 and 3 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total charge for the stay (to a maximum of 3 nights) as a cancellation fee, withdrawn from the credit card.

Cancellation less than 2 days before the date of arrival or in the event of a ‘no show’: 100% of the total charge for the stay as a cancellation fee.

Stay cut short:

In the case of departure prior to the booked leaving date, please advise reception at least 48 hours in advance of your new departure date. If not, one night will be charged by way of compensation.

Arrival and Departure:

Rooms are available from 2 pm. All reservations are held until 7 pm. Please advise if you plan to arrive late.

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 12 noon at the latest. Any late departure without prior agreement will be charged 50% of one night.
