At Les Baux-de-Provence, in between Arles and Avignon, the Mas d'Aigret Restaurant invites you to a gourmet escape in an extraordinary environment. Carved in the rock, our dining room offers you an unusual scene. In addition to this mineral and exceptional atmosphere, the decoration has a provencal accent, with white tablecloths that are illuminated by candles and a fireplace with Lord of Baux blazon on the top that warms the room. You can make out fossils of shells on the rock face, a memento of a distant past...

As soon as the weather permits, enjoy our panoramic terrace offering stunning views of the valley of Les Baux, the Alpilles and the mediaval Castle. It is delightful to savour fresh market products in the shade of the White Mulberry trees. One of the most beautiful scenaries over the valley of Baux : the Alpilles, the vineyards and the olive trees and the mediaval castle, offer an enchanting decor.

At night, the illuminated Castle looks on the romantic dinners and other gourmet moments you will experience at Le Mas d'Aigret restaurant.

At our semi-gastronomic restaurant, the Chef Eric Vallette and his team, suggest a classical french cuisine, with sweet provencal savours. Fresh and seasonal products are selected, to serve you tasteful and original dishes.

Owner of the Mas, Eric Vallette received in 2009 the title of Maître Restaurateur. This title rewards profesionnals whose skills and the "savoir-faire" are recognized; he's engaged to cook essentially with fresh products.

Ambassador of a "home-made" kitchen, the Chef of the Mas d'Aigret honors the local products and works them in the respect of the flavors and the seasons.

Cuisine with provencal inspiration

Enjoy a fresh local cuisine, elaborated according to the seasons and the products.The Provencal gastronomic tradition presents itself through dishes harmoniously mixed : black olive oil, eggplant, tomato, basil, melon, rosemary come with fishes like the "loup" of Mediterranean see, or meat like lamb of Provence...

The area, her exceptional products and her sunny flavors are highlighted by the Chef, who cooks with passion with all his knowledge, for your pleasure.

Usefull information

Summer season (from May 15th till End of September) :

Restaurant is open everyday from noon till 02.00pm and from 7.00pm till 9.00pm.

Spring and fall season :

Restaurant is open every evening from 07.00pm till 09.00pm and Saturday/Sunday from noon till 02.00pm.
The restaurant is closed all other days for lunch, except for groups from 08 people minimum (book 3 days in advance).
In October and November, restaurant is closed on Wednesday evenings as well.
